Loisiana Wildly Wicked Steak

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz Rib Eye, 1 inch thick
- 1 cup Louisiana Wildly Wicked Wing Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Crumbled Blue Cheese
Directions
- Sprinkle steak with garlic powder, Cajun Shake, and then pour wing sauce on top.
- Cover; let stand in refrigerator 15 minutes or longer. Grill steak over high heat till desired doneness.
- While steaks are grilling melt butter in skillet over medium heat, then add mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms until they are tender about 5 minutes.
- When steak is cook removed from grill let rest 5 minutes then top with mushrooms, blue cheese and a little more wing sauce if desired.
- Internal Temperature Chart: Very Rare 130° F, Rare 140, Rare 140° F, Medium Rare 145° F, Medium 160° F, Well Done 170° F, Very Well Done 180° F
