Louisiana Jalapeno Lime Fish Taco's

Ingredients
- 2 lbs flakey white fish, such as mahi mahi, tilapia, cod
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 box Casa Fiesta hard or soft taco shells
- 1 can Casa Fiesta non- fat refried beans
- 1 cup Louisiana Jalopeno Lime Wing Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 Shredded white cabbage
- 1 Louisiana Gold Jalopeno Hot Sauce
- 1 Shredded Cheese
- 1 Shredded Cheese
- 1 Sour Cream
- 1 Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Guacamole
- 1 salsa
Directions
- Place pan into the oven and cook for about 6-8 minutes under the broiler.
- Preheat oven to the "broil".
- In a small mixing bowl whisk together olive oil, wing sauce, Cajun shake, coriander, cumin, paprika, and cilantro.
- Pour marinade over fish and let marinate for proximately 10-15 minutes.
- Remove fish from marinade and place in an oiled pan.
- Let set for 5 minutes and flake the fish using a fork.
- Bake desired taco shell in the oven on 350 degrees F for about 5 minutes or until heated.
- Place fish on taco shells and accompany with any garnish listed above.

Cook time: 6-8 minutes
