Louisiana Jalapeño Lime Shrimp Diablo

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb pearl onions peeled
- 4 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 3 large roma tomatoes seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 lb linguine pasta cooked
- 1 cup seafood broth
- 1 1/2 cups Louisiana Jalapeno Lime Wing Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- In a medium size mixing bowl combine shrimp and 1 cup of the wing sauce and marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Sauté pearl onions and sliced red onions until caramelized.
- In a hot sauté pan add the tomatoes and sauté for about 6 minutes.
- Add garlic, crushed red pepper, shrimp, onions, lemon juice, seafood broth, white wine, ½ cup wing sauce and butter
- On medium heat reduce until sauce thickens.
- In a medium mixing bowl place cooked linguine pasta and pour sauce over the top.
- Toss pasta thoroughly and sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately and have extra grated parmesan cheese to top pasta.
